Having worked in commercial kitchens for over a decade and at The Wicked Witch in Ryhall, The Admiral Hornblower and as Head Chef at the Mad Turk, Stamford, James is set to launch his own business.
James, now 26 and a family man, has a real flare and passion for beautiful food. His repertoire includes Turkish to Italian, takeaway to fine dining. The concept of The Private Bistro is to offer restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home, working with the client to create the perfect menu.
Offering dinner parties, birthdays and private/special events, James will not only bring the flare and theatre of food to your kitchen, but he will also do the washing up! Perfect for our current times, bring the restaurant to your home.
